I do the administration out of the base in Stoke. My main role is the paperwork, book keeping and greeting & answering customers queries.
Prior to working for Intensive Carpet Clean I was the Administrator at Whareama Rest Home for 24 years.

Owner/Manager - IICRC Certified Flood Restoration Technician & Carpet Cleaning Technician
Qualified in 2019 as a Flood Restorer, Tom has been able to apply his knowledge in assisting the restoration of yellow stickered homes in 2022. Tom has had over 20 years working within the cleaning industry.

Carpet Cleaning Technician & Contract Cleaning Go-To Guy
Dom has been working as our carpet cleaning technican and our contract overseer for 2.5 years now. He enjoys the work because he likes meeting the customers and making sure the job is done right.

I gained my carpet cleaning in qualification 2019. I enjoy meeting customers and the work involved. It helps keep me active and fit.
