Hard Floor Stripping & Polishing
Owner Tom Gower has had many years experience in hard floor maintenance both here in Nelson and in the UK.

We can strip, seal, polish and buff a variety of flooring types, even concrete.
With the stripping process we remove ingrained dirt and old polish using the appropriate stripping products and machines. After this is done we then suck up all the sludge and residues then the floors are then neutralised. We then vacuum any debris that has been left over to ensure that nothing will make its way into the fresh coats of polish. We cover your stripped floors with an acrylic sealer before applying 3 coats of high gloss floor finish. Once this is completely dried and hardened we then burnish using our high speed floor buffing machine.
We also have floor maintenance plans. Once your floors have been stripped, polished and looking great why not use our ongoing maintenance plans as it helps your floors stay in excellent condition. It extends the life of your hard floors and saves you money in the long run. We have weekly, fortnightly & monthly floor maintenance plans that can be tailored made to suit your business.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Tile and grout can discolour and darken over the years, due to soils, spills, and residues that regular cleaning can not remove and if your grout hasn't been sealed it can permanently stain.
Although regular floor cleaning should be done, a dose of professional tile and grout cleaning can erase the stains and discoloring you aren't able to remove with using regular household cleaners including those specially formulated for tile and grout cleaning. They simply aren't strong enough to do as good a job as true professionals can with their commercial machinery.
What we do is first is apply products which break down the residues, dirt, soils, food and spills, then we use a machine which is designed to brush and scrub the tile and grout. Once we agitate the area we then finally clean the
tiles and grout using a high pressured hot water system from the truck mount. We apply 900 psi of hot water and blast your tiles and grout clean whilst sucking up excess water leaving them dry and looking great.
If the grout hasn't been sealed we can do this for you after the clean.
