Treating stains and odours has a great amount of chemistry, knowledge and experience behind it.
As we are dealing with different fibre types the treatment of the issue can vary, as stains and odours will penetrate and react differently. If a stain has been left there for a long time it can be a different process to remove then if the stain had been seen too more promptly. Also if that stain or odour has been treated with a "home remedy" it can change the chemistry of it and then sometimes locking in the issue permanently.
A regular stain and odour we deal with is animal urine and using tools such as a UV light or a moisture measurer we can identify the suspect areas in question. We then treat such stains and odours with products designed specifically to break down the molecular structures of urine which enables the removal successfully most times. If sites are very badly soiled we can lift carpet and treat the backing, underlay, and floor underneath and once the area has been treated, sanitised and dried we can then lay everything back into place.
We can treat a variety of odours using specialised deodorisers and equipment. We have ozone and air filtration machines which can successfully remove odours such as cigarette and cooking smells.
Sanitising carpets and soft furnishings is another option that you can explore as we have professional products which kill mould spores, bacteria & viruses. These products are both suitable for the home and commercial areas.
